• Normal items ship via FedEx Ground, USPS and DHL and are estimated to arrive within 6-10 business days, varying based on your location
  • We ship Monday through Friday. If you placed your order after 12pm on Friday, it won't ship out till Monday. 
  • Heavy items ship via FedEx Freight and you will be provided with tracking information once an order ships


  • We have a 30 day return policy (from the date of receipt)
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please package it in the original packaging
  • Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned
  • We only refund the value of an item - the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund
  • You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, we advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, since we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item
  • Upon arrival and inspection of your return, we confirm via email that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment
  • Before you return an item, please email us, to for your RMA (return merchandise authorization) number


  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged
  • If you need to exchange the same item, send us an email at
  • Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you varies


  • For items marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you
  • For items not marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver
