Shipments to the continental US ship out within 1 to 2 business days and will arrive within approximately 6 to 10 business days of purchase via FedEx Ground. Large items such a bathtubs may take an additional 1 to 2 business days to arrive due to the need for extra packaging. Tracking numbers will be sent via email after the order has shipped. Out of stock items will receive an ETA at the time of purchase.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada will include an additional charge. For shipping to these locations, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for arrangements.

We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in their undamaged original packaging from the date of receipt. We recommend that you use your own track-able and insured shipping method. Lucido Luxe is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. You will receive a notice when your return has been processed. Read below for return instructions.
- Email email@example.com to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You MUST HAVE THIS NUMBER for your return to be processed.
- Ensure that item is unused, uninstalled, and in the undamaged original packaging, including all original items (instructions, mounting hardware etc.).
- Write RMA number on a piece of paper. Place this and the item to be returned inside a new box to be return shipped to the address below:
